1. About this Disclaimer

This Disclaimer governs your use of AI Super Hub (the "Service"), a web application and installable progressive web app (PWA) available at <https://aisuperhub.app>. The Service is operated by Koby Bryant, an individual operating as a sole trader, trading as "AI Super Hub" ("we", "us", "our").

This Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the matters set out below. If you do not accept them, you should not use the Service.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in it is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded (see section 14).

2. General information only

The Service, and all content, outputs, recommendations, summaries, scores, drafts and other materials it generates or makes available (together, the "Content"), are provided for general information and productivity purposes only.

The Content:

• does not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, nutritional, investment or otherwise);
• is not tailored to your specific circumstances, objectives or needs unless you provide that context, and even then may not be complete or correct;
• may be out of date, incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation; and
• should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any decisions you make or actions you take based on the Content.

3. AI-generated content may be wrong — you must verify it

A core part of the Service uses third-party artificial intelligence ("AI") models to generate Content. These include, among others, Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT models, vision and Whisper) for text, classification, vision and transcription; OpenAI gpt-image-1 and Stability AI for images; ElevenLabs for AI voiceover and text-to-speech; Shotstack for video rendering; and Replicate (MusicGen) for AI-generated background music.

AI-generated Content across the Service — including chat responses from Bo, marketing copy and images, social posts, email and SMS drafts, lead-outreach messages, legal and contract analysis, expense categorisation, receipt OCR, fitness and nutrition guidance, trading bot reasoning, video concepts, scripts, voiceovers and rendered videos, product descriptions, menus and recipes, logos, website copy, course outlines, CRM scoring and proactive "insights" — can be inaccurate, biased, fabricated, incomplete or unsuitable.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You must independently review, verify and edit all AI-generated Content before relying on it, publishing it, sending it to any person, syncing it to any platform, or otherwise acting on it.
• AI outputs may include errors of fact ("hallucinations"), miscalculations, mistranslations or content that is offensive, infringing or non-compliant.
• Where the Service can take actions on your behalf (for example, queuing jobs, drafting messages, sending email or SMS, generating documents, or syncing data to connected platforms such as Shopify), you are responsible for the configuration, approval and consequences of those actions, including any approvals you grant.
• AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable, degraded, or may transparently fall back to a different model (for example, an Anthropic task falling back to an OpenAI model) without notice.

4. Module-specific disclaimers

The following disclaimers apply to specific modules of the Service. They are in addition to, and do not limit, the general disclaimers above.

4.1 Legal & Compliance (Legal Counsel, Contract Review, Form Auditor, IP Scanner)

The Legal module — including Legal Counsel, contract review, form auditing and copyright/trademark scanning — provides general legal information and document analysis only. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed legal practitioner admitted in the relevant jurisdiction. Analysis is generated by AI (and, where document text is provided, grounded in the materials you supply), and may miss issues, misread documents or be wrong. Do not make binding decisions on the basis of this module. For any matter that affects your legal rights or obligations, consult a qualified lawyer.

4.2 Trading

The Trading module — including the markets view, portfolio, trading bots (including the Champion, Conservative, Balanced and Aggressive bots), the strategy lab and activity log — operates in paper / simulation mode only. No real trades are executed by the Service. It is provided for research and educational purposes and is not financial product advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial product. Simulated or backtested performance does not guarantee, and may differ materially from, results in live markets. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Trading carries a substantial risk of loss. Any decision to trade with real money, or to connect exchange accounts, is entirely your own responsibility. Cryptocurrency exchange connections (such as Bybit, Binance, OKX and Coinbase) are read-only balance monitoring and do not place orders. You should obtain independent advice from a licensed financial adviser before making any investment decision.

4.3 Fitness & Health

The Fitness & Health module — including nutrition and meal logging, meal-photo scanning, workout logging, health logs and the AI coach — provides general wellbeing information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or nutritional counselling, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider, registered dietitian or other suitably qualified professional. Calorie, macronutrient and health-score estimates are AI-generated and may be inaccurate. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing any diet, exercise or wellbeing regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, have a pre-existing condition, or take medication. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency services.

4.4 Finance & Accounting

The Finance / AI Accountant module — including the ledger, invoicing, receipts and OCR, expense categorisation, GST/ATO category tagging, BAS and tax-pack summaries, bank-import and reconciliation features, crypto tracking and personal finance — is informational only and is not tax, accounting or financial advice. Receipt OCR, categorisation, GST treatment, deductibility flags and confidence scores are generated by AI and may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any figure, report or summary. Always have a qualified accountant or registered tax agent review your records before lodging a tax return, claiming a deduction, or making any financial or compliance decision. You remain responsible for your obligations to the Australian Taxation Office and other authorities.

4.5 Marketing, SEO & Lead Generation

The Marketing Platform, Lead Generator and related features generate AI campaign strategy, content, audience segments, predictive analytics, SEO and product copy, and cold-outreach messages. No outcome is guaranteed. We do not promise any particular level of reach, impressions, clicks, engagement, conversions, search ranking, sales, return on ad spend or revenue, all of which depend on factors outside our control (including platform algorithms, audiences, timing and competition). You are solely responsible for reviewing all marketing Content for accuracy and for ensuring your campaigns, outreach and data practices comply with applicable laws — including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, the ACL, and the terms of any third-party platform you use.

4.6 Video Manager

The Video Manager (an owner-only module) generates AI video ideas, scripts, voiceovers, music and rendered videos and can assist with publishing to platforms such as YouTube. We do not guarantee any views, virality, watch time, follower growth, monetisation or income. Performance depends entirely on platform algorithms, audiences, timing and other factors we do not control. AI-generated video, audio and music Content is original to your inputs but is not guaranteed to be free of third-party intellectual property, and copyright-risk indicators are estimates only. You are responsible for verifying that any video you publish complies with copyright law, the relevant platform's terms, and the licensing terms of the underlying AI providers (including ElevenLabs, Shotstack and Replicate).

4.7 Other AI-assisted modules

Other modules that produce AI-assisted output — including the Shopify Hub (AI product descriptions and image generation that may sync to a live store), the Retail Hub and Planogram AI, the Hospitality Hub (menus, cocktail and snack ideas, operational suggestions), the Logo Builder, the Website Builder, Courses/LMS, the CRM, the Reputation Manager, Team Portal AI features (such as AI-suggested rosters and the AI Expert), and Bo's Command Centre "insights" — are provided on the same information-only, verify-before-relying basis described in this Disclaimer. For example, AI-generated product descriptions, menus and operational suggestions must be reviewed by you for accuracy, food-safety, allergen, costing and regulatory compliance before they are published or relied upon, and AI-suggested rosters require your approval before they take effect.

5. Bo and the AI assistant

"Bo" is our AI assistant. Bo can suggest, draft and (where you enable it) take actions across the Service. Bo's memory, recommendations and proactive insights are AI-generated and may be wrong. Bo is not a person and does not provide professional advice. You should treat anything Bo produces as a starting point to be checked, not as a final, authoritative output.

6. Third-party data and content accuracy

The Service displays, processes and relies on data obtained from third parties, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of that data. This includes, without limitation:

• commerce and order data synced from Shopify, and product/listing data exchanged with Amazon and eBay;
• accounting data synced from Xero and MYOB;
• point-of-sale and sales data from connected POS systems;
• cryptocurrency balances and prices from Bybit, Binance, OKX, Coinbase and CoinGecko;
• business listing, location and place data from Google Places, and image analysis from Google Vision;
• lead signals harvested from public sources (such as web pages, Google Maps, Reddit, RSS feeds and similar); and
• dates, holidays, market data and other reference information surfaced in the Service.

Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. You should verify anything important directly with the relevant source before relying on it.

7. Third-party services and processors

The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including (depending on configuration) Supabase (database, authentication and storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic, OpenAI, Stability AI, ElevenLabs, Shotstack, Replicate, PayPal (payments), Postmark/SendGrid/Resend/AWS SES (email), Twilio and ClickSend (SMS), Google, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Xero, MYOB, Cloudflare Turnstile and others.

Each third party operates under its own terms and policies, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, security practices or content of any third-party service, and your use of those services may be subject to separate terms. Some features are only available when the relevant third-party integration is configured and connected, and may be unavailable, degraded or operate in a limited or demonstration mode at any time.

8. External links

The Service may contain links to external websites, profiles, tracking links and resources that are not operated by us. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices of any external site. Accessing external sites is at your own risk.

9. No professional relationship

Your use of the Service does not create any professional relationship between you and us — including no lawyer–client, accountant–client, financial adviser–client, or doctor–patient relationship. We are a software provider. The Service is a tool to assist you; it does not act as your lawyer, accountant, tax agent, financial adviser or health professional, and no such relationship is implied by the Content it produces.

10. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• reviewing and verifying all Content before relying on, publishing, sending or syncing it;
• obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate;
• ensuring your use of the Service, and any content you generate, send or publish through it, complies with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms; and
• the accuracy and lawfulness of any data you, your staff or your customers upload or input.

Where you (as a business customer) upload your own customers' or staff members' personal information, you are the controller of that information and we act as your processor in relation to it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that information and for complying with your own privacy obligations.

11. Availability and "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service or any Content will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from loss or corruption of data. Features, modules and integrations may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time.

12. No guarantees of outcomes

We make no guarantee that using the Service will produce any particular business, financial, marketing, health, trading, content or other outcome. Examples, projections, scores, forecasts and estimates in the Service are illustrative only and are not promises of results.

13. Honest statement of our practices

We do not claim to hold any particular security or compliance certification (such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 or PCI-DSS). Card payments are processed by PayPal, and we do not store full payment card details. We apply measures described in our Privacy Policy — including encryption of certain stored credentials and access controls — but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any Content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise.

Australian Consumer Law carve-out. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our goods or services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited (at our option) to:

• in the case of services — resupplying the services, or paying the cost of having the services resupplied; and
• in the case of goods — replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

15. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The current version will always be available within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
