Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Super Hub. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Who we are and acceptance
AI Super Hub ("AI Super Hub", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Koby Bryant, an individual operating as a sole trader trading as "AI Super Hub", based in Queensland, Australia.
The "Service" means our web application and installable progressive web app (PWA) available at https://aisuperhub.app, together with the modules, features, AI assistant, APIs, team and staff portals, and related software and content we make available.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the account holder, "you" or "your") and us. By clicking to accept, creating an account, or using the Service, you accept these Terms on your own behalf and, where you use the Service for a business, on behalf of that business. If you accept on behalf of a business, you warrant that you are authorised to bind it.
For all notices and enquiries: admin@aisuperhub.app.
2. Eligibility — 18+ and business use
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
- The Service is intended for business and professional use by operators, their managers, and their staff. Some personal-productivity features (such as personal finance, calendar, goals, health and fitness logging) are included, but the Service is not designed or marketed as a consumer wellness, medical, financial, or legal-advice product.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. The Service and its modules
AI Super Hub is a multi-module business platform built on Next.js and Supabase and deployed on Vercel. Depending on your plan and entitlements, the Service may include the following modules and features.
3.1 Bo — the AI assistant
"Bo" is our AI assistant (the conversational orb and command interface). Bo can hold conversations, recall saved memories, queue and carry out actions for your approval, log finances and calendar events, and steer the platform's other tools. Bo uses third-party AI models and may use voice input and output. Bo is referred to throughout the Service and these Terms as "Bo".
3.2 Core and personal tools
- Bo Chat, Command Centre (job queue and approvals), and Memory (facts Bo retains about you, which you can review, verify, and delete).
- Calendar & Reminders, Goals, Ideas, Automation Centre (no-code workflows), and Developer API (API keys and webhooks).
- Personal Finance and Health & Fitness (nutrition, meals, workouts, and AI coaching tips) — for personal use.
3.3 Business and commerce modules
- Marketing Platform — AI-generated content, email and SMS campaigns, image generation, social scheduling, campaigns, A/B tests, audiences, and analytics.
- Lead Generator — B2B/B2C lead discovery, enrichment, and AI-drafted outreach.
- Shopify Hub, Retail Hub, POS & Stores, and marketplace listing tools (Amazon, eBay) — order, product, and inventory sync and product-listing automation.
- Finance Hub / AI Accountant — invoicing, receipts and OCR, expense categorisation, bank/crypto tracking, GST and tax-pack summaries, and accounting sync (Xero, MYOB).
- CRM, Booking System, Reputation Manager (review requests and NPS), Forms Builder, Website + Logo Builder, Courses & LMS, Hospitality Hub, CSV Creator, and Storefront Chatbots.
- Legal & Compliance — including Legal Counsel (document-grounded legal information), contract review, form auditing, and IP scanning.
- Trading — portfolio, bot, and strategy tools that run in paper / simulation mode (see clause 5).
- Video Manager — AI-assisted video ideas, scripts, voiceover, rendering, and publishing (an owner-only feature).
- Team Portal — a staff-facing workspace for rostering, clock-in/out, sick calls, training, onboarding, announcements, and engagement.
Modules are made available according to your entitlements. We may add, change, or remove modules and features over time.
4. Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The Service supports passkeys (WebAuthn / FIDO2), email and password sign-in, optional multi-factor authentication, and — where configured — sign-in with Google. We may use Cloudflare Turnstile as an anti-bot CAPTCHA on login.
- We record login attempts, device fingerprints (stored as a hash), and an audit log of significant actions for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
- You must notify us at admin@aisuperhub.app promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Where you create accounts or portals for your managers and staff, you are responsible for their use of the Service and for ensuring they comply with these Terms.
5. AI features and important disclaimers
The Service relies heavily on artificial intelligence. AI features are powered by third-party models including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI (GPT, Whisper, image generation), with voice via ElevenLabs, music via Replicate, images optionally via Stability AI, and video rendering via Shotstack.
5.1 General AI disclaimer
AI-generated output (including text, images, audio, video, scores, classifications, summaries, recommendations, and "proactive insights") can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading. AI output is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI output before relying on it, publishing it, or sending it to others. Do not make important decisions based solely on AI output without independent human review.
5.2 Legal Counsel is informational only
The Legal & Compliance module, including Legal Counsel, provides general legal information and document analysis grounded in the materials you provide. It is not legal advice and not a substitute for a licensed legal practitioner admitted in the relevant jurisdiction. For binding decisions, consult a qualified lawyer.
5.3 Finance, tax, and accounting
The Finance Hub / AI Accountant, including receipt OCR, expense categorisation, GST handling, and tax-pack summaries, is informational only and is not tax, accounting, or financial advice. Output may contain errors. Always consult a qualified accountant or registered tax agent before filing returns, claiming deductions, or making financial decisions. We are not responsible for tax errors, missed deductions, or compliance outcomes arising from your use of these tools.
5.4 Trading is simulated and educational
The Trading module runs in paper / simulation mode only — no real trades are executed by the Service. It is provided for research and educational purposes and is not financial product, investment, or trading advice. Past or simulated performance does not indicate future results, and trading involves substantial risk of loss. Any real-money trading is a separate, manual step that is entirely your own responsibility.
5.5 Health and fitness is not medical advice
The Health & Fitness tools, including nutrition tracking, meal photo analysis, and AI coaching, are informational only and are not medical advice, nutritional counselling, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare provider, registered dietitian, or trainer. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition regimen, particularly if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
5.6 Marketing, outreach, video, and other generated content
Marketing copy, cold-outreach messages, product descriptions, menus and recipes, logos, websites, course outlines, and video content are AI-generated and must be reviewed before use. You are responsible for the accuracy, suitability, food-safety/allergen compliance (for hospitality content), and lawfulness of anything you publish or send, including compliance with anti-spam laws (such as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)) and the terms of any platform you post to.
6. Your content and data
6.1 Ownership
As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content and data you upload to, generate in, or submit through the Service ("Your Content"). This includes your business records, finances, invoices, customer and staff records, CRM contacts, leads, marketing assets, documents, images, audio, and video.
6.2 Licence to us
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display, and otherwise use Your Content solely to operate, provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service for you — including sending it to the third-party processors described in clause 8 where a feature you use requires it (for example, sending prompts to an AI model, sending an email or SMS, or rendering a video). This licence lasts only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legal obligations.
6.3 Your warranties about Your Content
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have all rights, consents, and permissions necessary to upload and use Your Content through the Service; and
- where Your Content includes personal information about other people — including your customers, staff, contacts, and leads (such as names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, payment details, employment records, tax file numbers, bank details, health/medical certificates, location data, and emergency contacts) — you have a lawful basis to collect, upload, and have us process that information, and your use of the Service complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and any other applicable privacy or data-protection law.
6.4 Business customer data — controller / processor
Where you, as a business customer, upload your own customers' or staff personal data, you are the controller (the APP entity responsible) for that data and we act as your processor / service provider, handling that data on your behalf and on your instructions in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for providing any notices to, and obtaining any consents from, those individuals, and for responding to their requests to access, correct, or delete their information. Our handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy (clause 14).
6.5 Responsibility for your data
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Your Content and for maintaining your own backups of any data that is important to you.
7. Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Without limiting any separate Acceptable Use Policy or in-app rules we publish (which are incorporated by reference), you must not:
- upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share;
- use the Service to send unsolicited messages or marketing in breach of anti-spam or telemarketing laws, or to contact people who have opted out;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure, or interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service;
- use the Service to make automated or high-risk actions (for example, smart-home locks/garage/cameras, or auto-publishing content) without appropriate human approval;
- misuse AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or in breach of a third-party platform's terms; or
- resell, sublicense, or expose the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
We may remove content or restrict activity that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services to deliver its features. When you connect or use a feature that relies on a third party, that third party's own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of it, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts or omissions.
Third-party services used by the Service include, depending on the features you use:
- AI and media: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT, Whisper, image generation), ElevenLabs (voice), Replicate (music), Stability AI (images), Shotstack (video rendering).
- Payments: PayPal.
- Email and SMS: Resend, SendGrid, Postmark, AWS SES; Twilio and ClickSend (SMS/WhatsApp).
- Commerce and marketplaces: Shopify, Amazon Selling Partner, eBay.
- Accounting and POS: Xero, MYOB.
- Google services: Google OAuth/Sign-In, YouTube Data API, Google Places, Google Vision.
- Infrastructure and security: Supabase (auth, database, storage), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA), Web Push, and optional crypto/wallet integrations (Bybit, Binance, OKX, Coinbase, CoinGecko, WalletConnect).
You are responsible for any accounts, API keys, fees, and compliance obligations associated with the third-party services you choose to connect.
9. Fees, subscriptions, and billing
9.1 Payment processor
All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorise PayPal to charge you in accordance with the plan you select.
9.2 What you can buy
- All Modules subscription — monthly or yearly (yearly plans are offered at a discount), with tiered and partner pricing in some cases.
- Basic plan plus à la carte add-on modules (for example Retail, Shopify, Marketing, Finance, CRM, Booking, Team Portal, and others).
- Team Portal seat billing — the base Team Portal plan includes the owner plus a number of free staff seats; additional staff are charged on a usage basis (per block of seats or per seat), reconciled periodically. We use an "allow then auto-bill" approach so staff access is not blocked, but additional seats are charged to you.
- Lifetime / outright plans — one-time purchases.
- Course purchases and other one-off items where offered.
Current prices and inclusions are shown in the Service at the point of purchase and may change for future billing periods.
9.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) via PayPal until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges. Where a recurring amount increases (for example, due to added seats or a price change), PayPal may require you to approve the new amount.
9.4 Currency and GST
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include or be subject to GST. Tax-related calculations within the Finance Hub are a separate feature and are not part of, and do not determine, the GST treatment of your subscription.
9.5 Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel a subscription at any time from within your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access to paid modules stops at that time.
- Refunds, where issued, are processed via PayPal and may be full or partial. Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (see clause 12).
9.6 Referral and partner programs
Where we operate referral or partner programs, discounts and commissions are governed by the program terms shown at sign-up. Commissions on refunded payments may be reversed.
10. Intellectual property
- We own the Service. All rights in the platform, its software, design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan.
- You own Your Content (clause 6). Subject to the rights and licences in these Terms, output the Service generates specifically from your inputs is yours to use, subject to the disclaimers in clause 5 and the originality terms in clause 11.
- You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
11. Content originality and infringement
- The Video Manager and other generative features are designed to produce original content from your inputs and AI models. However, we do not guarantee that generated content is free of third-party intellectual property, and we do not guarantee uniqueness, legal clearance, virality, engagement, or revenue.
- You must not upload infringing material or use the Service to reproduce content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for checking that anything you publish (including logos, images, videos, voiceovers, and product descriptions) does not infringe third-party copyright, trademark, or other rights, and complies with the terms of any platform you publish to.
- For voiceovers and other AI media, you must ensure you have the necessary commercial rights, including under the relevant provider's terms.
12. Service availability, "as is", and consumer guarantees
12.1 Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events beyond our control. Some features depend on third-party services and are only available where the relevant integration is configured and operating.
12.2 "As is"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We make no representations about the results you will achieve from using the Service or any AI output.
We do not claim to hold any particular security or compliance certification (such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS), and nothing in the Service should be taken as such a claim.
12.3 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to (for services) resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply, and (for goods) replacing or repairing the goods or paying the cost of replacement or repair.
13. Limitation of liability
Subject to clause 12.3 and to the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Service or AI output;
- we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on AI output, from third-party services, from your or your users' breach of these Terms, or from your failure to review, back up, or secure Your Content; and
- our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount of fees you paid us for the Service in that period.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the ACL or other applicable law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your Content, including any claim that it infringes a third party's rights or that its collection, upload, or processing breaches privacy law;
- your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law (including anti-spam, marketing, and consumer laws); and
- content you publish or messages you send using the Service.
15. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time (clause 9.5).
- We may suspend or terminate your access (in whole or part) if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, use the Service unlawfully or in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service, or where we are required to do so by law.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete or de-identify Your Content after a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including clauses 5, 6, 10–14, and 16–18) will survive.
16. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://aisuperhub.app/policies/privacy, which forms part of these Terms. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and we are subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme administered by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Where you upload personal information about others, clause 6 applies.
17. Changes to these Terms or the Service
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app or email notice). Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may also change, add, or remove features and modules over time.
18. Governing law, disputes, and contact
18.1 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
18.2 Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact us first at admin@aisuperhub.app so we can try to resolve it informally and in good faith. If we cannot resolve the dispute within a reasonable time, either party may pursue available remedies through the Queensland courts. Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any rights you have under the ACL or from approaching a relevant regulator (such as the OAIC for privacy matters).
18.3 General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale or restructure of our business.
